I didn't think I needed this, since I was focused on my job. But that's just it - I was too focused on a job, and not focused enough on the big picture. I was unfocused, scattered, and tackling "small fires" as they came up.

The workshop helped me see that there needs to be a better process to reach my goals, and that my goals were bigger than just work. The workshop was creative, and Maria guided and coached, rather than simply leading me to a specific end. Doing this workshop helped me see what was most important, and helped me figure out what some of my roadblocks were. The workshop gives you the tools to overcome your own limitations, but it's up to you to put those tools to work.
