Coaching is key to mindfulness, and mindfulness helps us to better manage ourselves.
Out of everything else, we can control ourselves the most. Our thoughts, emotions, feelings, and actions are parts of one system. Coaching helps us to see connections between them, to understand why they appear, and, most importantly, to find a way to change one element so the whole system changes. Thus, we become stronger and more effective.
The coaching relationship is a partnership that enables the coachee to create a clear vision of their goals and a roadmap to reach these goals. It is very inspiring to be a part of that change!

I have a belief and trust that every person already has all of the resources they need to achieve their dreams. My passion is to make that crucial fact apparent to each of my clients, empower them to skyrocket to their vast potential…and then thrive as they act upon it.
MARIA'S JOURNEY
Maria has more than 20 years in HR along with more than 10 years of leadership experience. This includes 10 Years in People Development function. Her last corporate position was Head of Talent Management at the corporate investment business unit of Russia’s biggest, oldest bank.
